28-day return policy

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return with the 100% refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened the package or unused, with wrapping plastic cover, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We may also accept some request not fully matching said conditions at our discretion, and in this case, the refund won’t be 100%.


To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation of a purchase order

You can cancel your purchase order within twenty four (24) hours after the payment and get full refund including the postage, otherwise, the cancellation will be treated as a normal return, unless otherwise provided hereof.

In case you haven't received your item by the committed deadline of delivery, you may cancel the purchase order within seven (7) days following said deadline. And if your item hasn't been delivered to a carrier by the cancellation, you can get the refund of the actual price paid for the cancelled item and corresponding postage.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In principle, you can ask us to replace the item free of any charge. Alternatively, you can return the item to us and we will refund corresponding payment to you, unless otherwise provided in our Policies or Terms of Services.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, items marked with final sale, item free of charge or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If we accept any request of return not fully matching our 28-day return policy, we will only partially refund the item price subject to following criteria:

50% of the item price: Opened, (taken out of its plastic wrap)

Up to 50% of the item price: Items with damage, missing parts, not in original condition, or that have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to an or seller error

If the bottles are opened for reasons not due to an or seller error, we will not refund the item price.

However, if you already opened and used Adoxy bottles, but not satisfied or showing any allergic reaction within one week and include the evidence with pictures. We will refund 100% of the item price.

Please kindly note that, if you buy in bundles and return, not include all bundle packages, we will only return the price per bottle which will be the price divided from the bundles.


AAS LIFE PURPOSE LLC reserves the right to:

- refuse any refund if it in good faith suspects abuse of this Policy or violations of the terms of services;

- limit customer support and refunds for abuse of these services or violation of the terms of services;

- limit purchase activity in the services if it in good faith suspect abuse of this Policy or violations of the terms of services;

-interpret this Policy;

-update this Policy from time to time.
